Maldon & district CC 50

Picked the best weather of the 3 day weekend for a trip over to Essex for this spoco 50.

E21/50 is a rolling course, 2 and 2/3rds of a 18 mile circuit on country lanes. Did the first 25 in 1:06, then died a bit in the last 15 miles to finish in 2:17:30. Still, 2 seconds quicker than the last time I rode the course in 2009. But more importantly that's the last event I needed to qualify for the SPOCO SE competition.

Fastest was Colin Ward in 1:52:10, which is pretty rapid on that course.

Well done Jon on completing the SE SPOCO. I wish their were more events over our way and I would like to do it, but it's rather east based from the south east section.
