Well done Sam, they are good fun the Wednesday league and well organised. It's a tough evening's racing on the track as although you don't cover much distance in total, being varied and intense you certainly feel it in your legs.

Thanks Andrew. Loving it down there at the moment. Really good first month and hoping the move up to B Cat as of next week won't be too drastic. You're right; no great mileage, but finding out I've got a new max heart rate and top speed most weeks! Cheers, Sam

It's great fun...and I've found it really helps having a weekly goal to base my training/riding around.
Have you done your training accreditation yet? If so, you've got to get down to a 10am saturday session; brutal...but rewarding! They continue over the winter too.
