Does anyone go to, or know of, a good spinning class on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening near to Croydon

Hi Bridget. Just seen your post. Thanks for the info and we will have a look at those.

Julian - I know some people go to Crawley and Karen has found a place in Hurst Green on Mondays which is no good for Karen and I. She will do Thursdays but needs at least 5 people to commit to coming along to make it worth her opening
