Postby Jon C C on a Bianchi » Tue Nov 04, 2014 9:19 pm

Hi All

A keen cycling friend of mine is suffering from knee pain that won't go away. Does anyone know of any good 'cycling specific' sports physiotherapists that they would recommend?

let me know

many thanks

Knee Pain can often be caused by poor bike set up, is she new to the sport or been riding for years and it's a new development?
Paul Mill at elite cycling is very good and based at crystal palace sports centre. Does bike fits, coaching etc but also based where the palace physio is so would be able to help or recommend help if he can't help. He was a top rider and knows his stuff.

Hi Andrew

Thanks, I'll pass this on. Bike set up was the first thing I thought of but he's a serious cyclist who's been riding for years.

Cheers
