Technical assistance please

If I buy Steve's pair of Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels where the rear has a Campagnolo freehub and comes with a 10 speed cassette (also very good condition), can I convert it to 9 speed?

Ok, I probably will have to get someone else to do this for me.

Don't know about Capag, but the spline patterns on SRAM/Shimano are the same for 9/10/11 speed. The only minor difference is if you need an 11 tooth sprocket. Might not even need a spacer.

Campag freehubs are 9/10/11 speed compatible Amy so nothing to do except pop your 9 speed cassette on.

Cheers, , hoped it would be that easy. I'll save the 10 speed for the Enigma

Yes, as long as the 9 speed cassette is also Campag? It gets a whole lot more complicated if not.

This doesn't answer your question directly, but I just found this an interesting read. http://www.ctc.org.uk/cyclists-library/ ... s/shimergo
