Marshalling Duties for Addiscombe Promoted Races 2017

Please find below a list of events that our clubs is providing marshals and race support for in 2017.
We will be adding to this and confirming dates as the race calendars are finalised.

We need your help to marshals and support these events, please contact the relevant organiser or reply to the e-mail / facebook / forum post for a specific event.

Tuesday 23rd May - Club 10 Series #2 (Pusher = Andy Huddart + 1 x Turn Marshal = George Kingaby & 1 x finish spotter required)

Tuesday 18th July - Club 10 Series #6(Pusher = Simon Allen & 1 x Turn Marshal & 1 x finish spotter required)
Saturday 22nd July - ACC Open 10 - Holmwood G10/42 Course - Organiser is Ian Bray. (Andrew F already volunteered)

Sunday 24th September - Penshurt Cyclocross Promotion (Phil L, George B Already Volunteered) Simon Suter is the organiser for this event, please keep an eye on the forum for a separate post with details for this event

Hi Ashley, I often make cakes/cookies for Club events. It's helpful to know as much in advance as possible when these might be needed. Which of the above events will need baking for?!

Hi Sue, both events in April need baking - that's the Open 25 and the road race - and the Open 10 in July. If there are any others, the organisers had better let people know as soon as possible!

I went back and checked my email from Marek and then checked with Marek directly. Yep, he wants cakes baked and/or helpers in canteen. So in addition to helpers already requested, at least two more to help in the canteen are required and if some of the helpers coming along could bring something for the canteen (a) let me know and b) many thanks).

If I do end up helping in the canteen, I'll be needing a lift down and back
