Helpers Needed 22nd April - ACC Open 25 TT

The ACC Open 25 Time Trial is taking place on Sunday 22nd April with the first rider off at 7:10 am. We are running the event on the G24/46 course in the Holmwood/ Farthings Hill area (http://www.sussexca.org.uk/g2546.html).

The event should be a high quality event and normally attracts some strong male talent. For the second year running this TT is forming part of the London Womens Racing TT league (https://londonwomensracing.co.uk/), so expect to see some of the top women testers in the area competing against each other.

We need at least 17 volunteers from Addiscome in order to marshal this event. HQ will be confirmed asap and you will need to be there by 6:20am for a 6:30am briefing. Everything should be finished 9/9:30.

Please, if anyone else, either coming to marshal or race, could bring along a cake or some sort of food offering - sweet or savoury - would be much appreciated. And if you could let me know if you are and what you bringing, that too would be very much appreciated. You can also let me know if you want any reimbursement for ingredients. Cheers

2 weeks to go - anyone able to give me a lift down? And a lift back. Doesn't have to be same person as I need to be there as soon as the hall opens - I'm sure all those marshalling will appreciate the hot water up and running... and I'm normally among the last to leave

I've just been checking what I need for cake-baking and will give the canteen box a run through, make sure the tea's and coffee's still in date...
