Just a quick note to everyone out on the ride today. Thanks for waiting for me after my crash. sorry for adding an extra stop to the day's itinerary.
am back home with my feet up watching south africa lay waste to england's bowling, and except for the most sore arse I've ever had, all is well.
i hope to see you all next week, or perhaps the week after if I can't get a new rear mech before then!
