Novice Track Day 31/8 11-1pm

Postby monty » Wed Aug 06, 2003 11:44 am

The ACC Novice day with Russell W is booked between 11-1 on 31/8 @ HH -this is aimed @ 1st timers but will also benefit everyone. All Members are welcome to have a go & for members/non-members to come along to watch/take pix & see what its all about. This sess will be interspersed with attempts at any club records.
We can also make this into a bit of a sooocial either @ HH and/or Dulwich village afterwards, so I hope to see as many as poss. Cost will depend on No's but will be approx same as last yr, & bike hire is av.

Pls let me know if you want to come

Rumour has it that the club team pursuit champions (Paul, Chris, Steve & Me) will be having a bash at the team pursuit record.

If I'm not too knackered after that, or if it doesn't happen, I'd like to do a 4k individual pursuit. Think I'll leave the hour for someone else

How close were you to the club record last time round? I haven't seen any results yet.

If you want to have a go @ any of the Club Track records (except long distance) then pls add a reply by this Friday so I can get the time keepers etc organised for Sunday

ps you can bring your own pedals to put on the hire bikes or use trainers with traditional clip pedals already on the hire bikes

Is Steve really as small as he appears in that photo, or is it a trick of the camera?
