Mens Problems

Now dont laugh but after the Tri on Sunday which I did in my Tri suit (so very minimal padding) the only injury Im suffering is Numb Nuts!.

Now in 20 years of cycling Ive never had this problem last more than an hour or so and its been 3 days.

Anybody else suffer from this (know how to relieve it)

Get checked out, quick as possible. You don't want to lose circulation (or nerve function) in that area, so get your GP on the line and discuss the situation.

After that, you can worry about bike set-up and current tri wear ...
