Thanks in no small part to the help and encouragement I have received from members of the club, I have managed, after only 14 months in the saddle, to achieve last Saturday a run of 105 miles a part of my training for the 650km charity cycle in the Andes in October.

Fund raising is going quite well, but we are still well short of our target of EUR 9,700 Any help from club members, however small, will be much appreciated and we have raffle tickets for a BMW 3.1.6 (EUR2 or £1.50 a ticket) to give for any donations.
