Can I eat to much fruit?

everything is good in moderation.
too much fruit can mean too much acidic intake, upset stomach etc. it can gradually thin or irritate the stomach lining with some people. if you do eat acidic fruit its always good to remember to line your stomach as well with something more bland.
a good balanced diet is all you need, anything in excess is likely to either upset the stomach/colon or cause an inbalance and you end up compensating for it with more of something else.

Hi Brett,
I think its fair to say, from your results that you are a good Road Racer but dissing the people that go out on the Sat club run, is a bit harsh. Not everyone is in the club to race. I agree that the others are out of order picking at your gramma, but to slam everyone else cos of it, come on man. I am planning on riding this Sat at Hillingdon after my physio so maybe you can show me a thing or two. Being one of those Sat Club run kinda peeps.

My comments weren?t directed at you or the majority of Addiscombe CC.
If I have offended you, then I?m sorry.
I was just getting fed up with people taking the piss out of me when all I asked was a simple question!
Rob, Ramon and I get the 12:04 train from platform 5 at Clapham Junction (we meet at the southern end of the platform).
We arrive at Hillingdon at 12:45, sign on and warm up. Race starts @ 1.30
You are more than welcome to join us either at Clapham Junction, Syon Lane or the clubhouse at Hillingdon.
Don?t expect too much from me as I?ve been tucked up in bed with the flu all week.
Oh, and bring a warm, water/wind proof jacket, as it is very wet and cold. Also a few spare tubes as punctures a common.
The standard of race isn't that high, so we tend to do about 30 miles afterwards.

No Offence taken, I just thought it best to point out how it can be taken when read as its hard to view the mood through text.
I am hoping to get down there by car as the knee is a bit shot and I will be in a rush to get there from the physio.
I am not gonna go mad myself obviously but instead use it as a learning tool. I've raced on the track but this is all new to me so you will have to run me through what I need to know when I get there.
I'm looking forward to it though slightly nervous
