If you only burning fat .....
Would be nice, but there is no such thing like only burning fat,at least not in the human body. There is alwaysamixture of fat /glucoseand even some protein, and in some genetic problmes fatand protein.We as well have alwasy a certain lactateproduction, and if we are gettinglow on glucose in one section of the body we can even get glucogen moved from your arms (thanks to the lacta6te shuttle into your legs.
The easy and simple idea of fat burning or sugar burning is nice in theory, but not as easy in ral energy production situations.
\ This is as well one of the weak parts in the FaCT idea or info, as we have as well zones, but we try to sell this more as mainly STF involvment zone and mainly FTFa involvment zone and so on.
So BCAA has therefor a very special reason in the intake duirng certain workouts. Whether it works is still in discussions with as usual 2 extreme ideas.
