Virtual Time Trial – February Week 4
Well that’s it – the Virtual Time Trial winter season is over for another year! Sorry I couldn’t join you this evening but we did have 9 intrepid riders out for our last ride.
As has become the norm for these events Paul Hone led the field coming home in 23:48 with Dylan Kingaby in second 25:31 and one of our ladies in third, Heather Mayer 26:04.
In the Vets category, once again it was Paul out front taking an impressive 4 minutes and 10 seconds off the standard time for his age group and that on a demanding course. Chapeau!
In second was Phil Lambert 46 seconds ahead of the standard and third Daniel Kennedy 33 seconds ahead.
No-one improved on their previous best for the course but Paul only lost 5 seconds, Daniel 13 seconds and Pete Broadbery 19 seconds.
Two ladies out tonight so gold goes to Heather and silver to Alyson Wyatt.
End of month results and end of season results will be posted tomorrow.
So all that leaves me is to thank everyone for participating, hope you enjoyed it and hopefully see you all for the next series.
