Virtual Time Trial – January Week 4

12 riders out tonight for our last week in London in the ACC winter Virtual TT series.

Even better, we had 3 ladies, so a full podium to report on. Come on girls, let’s keep building those numbers!

So, taking the chance to go Ladies First, Sophia Crowther-Alwyn took top spot with a time of 29.30 with Alyson Whyatt and Leena Lindvall completing the podium.

The Men’s race was a gripping affair with Paul Hone winning again with a time of 23:31, but he was pushed all the way by Graham Lane who came in only 7 seconds behind. Valerio Rinaldi completed the podium.

In the Vets competition, it was Paul again on the top step, with Del Cobb in 2nd and Graham Lane in 3rd

This week’s Handicap winner was Peter Broadbery who improved his time by 1:20. Martin Cripps and Graham Lane were 2nd and 3rd

Next week begins the final month of this year’s virtual TT series. It’s going to be a cracker as we go the reverse way round an old favourite – the Richmond World’s 2015 course.
