Winter Virtual Time Trial Season ends in Paris!
5 months after we began our winter Virtual Time Trial League, we’ve reached the final week!
First of all my thanks to everyone for the great support we’ve had for this series. We’ve regularly had in excess of over 20 people each week and many more have taken part in races through the season.
This also wouldn’t happen without Jonathan Pontin and Andy Knight. Jonathan for his prompt results and refereeing decisions and Andy for the work on the Timing App. It’s their work that allows us to post the results each week.
A small advert for Jonathan’s Club 10 series, which starts in May. If you’ve enjoyed the Virtual TTs, come along and try out the real life ones. They’re great fun and we may even end at a pub afterwards!
So. back to the event. It’s our 5th week as take on the iconic Champs Elysée course for the last time.
The course is largely flat but includes the famous underpass that leads onto the circuit and a ramp of up to 8% as we approach the Arc de Triomphe
The course is described on the Zwift Insider website here:
